No. Pilots never create accounts and never pay. When a trip opens, they receive an SMS or email with a one-tap magic link and can respond available or unavailable in seconds.
What counts as an active crew member for billing?+
An active crew member is any pilot on your account who was notified about or assigned to a trip in the current billing month. Pilots stored in your roster but not contacted that month do not count toward your bill.
